My Story

For 15 years, I had zero clarity.

I grew up between upstate New York and Tampa, Florida. In my early teens, I saw my home and family slowly unravel around me. By the time I was a young teenager I learned to escape with heavy use of alcohol and drugs. By 17, I’d been arrested on my first felony. More than half a dozen arrests followed.

From 17 to 32, I was lost. Stuck in a loop. Same behaviors, same outcomes, same shame. Watching everyone around me advance while I slid backwards. I was constantly getting in my own way and unable to figure out why.

What I didn’t have, and didn’t even know existed, was a framework. Nobody ever modeled it for me. No code to live by, no daily structure, no understanding that becoming a man means choosing who you’re becoming and voting for him every day. Without that framework I stayed in the chaos, because chaos was predictable. It was the only thing I’d ever known.

Hard drug use. Several attempts on my own life. A Baker Act. Multiple treatment centers. The first two stints didn’t take. I understood the principles but I was too underdeveloped to apply them.

The turn came on October 28, 2021. A facilitator was going around the circle in treatment, giving everyone long, careful answers. When he got to me, he looked me in the face and said five words: It has run its course.

I still hear those words. That was the day I got sick of losing.

I have spent the last five years building the operating system that I wish someone had handed me at 17. Reflection, Movement, Service. I run it daily. It’s the reason I’m still here, and the reason the rest of my life works. It’s the reason I went from lost to leader.

If you’re stuck where I was (spinning, stagnant, watching everyone else move while you stay still), you’re not alone. You’re living in chaos because chaos is all you know. You can’t become the man you always knew you could be until you get massive clarity on who that man actually is.

I hear you. I see you. I feel you.

That’s why this exists. That’s why it’s free. That’s why I’m not going anywhere.
